- To have the ability to coach and develop store teams to drive the delivery of retail objectives.
- To have the ability to deliver store sales and cost targets and consequently outperforming P&L targets.
- To understand commercial performance, driving sales and ensuring the lowest cost to the company.
- Take accountability for short term delivery of Store Objectives.
- To develop the team through proactive personal development plans (PDPs)
